Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated July 18, 2026
This policy explains how Zippy collects, uses and protects information when you use our AI application builder, websites and related services.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details such as your name and email, workspace details such as your firm and role, the prompts, project specifications and settings you save, demo requests you submit, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service. Stripe processes payment information; Zippy does not store full card details.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide and improve the builder, save and publish your projects, manage subscriptions and credits, respond to enquiries, prevent abuse, communicate important service updates and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
Zippy relies on providers including Firebase for authentication and project data, OpenRouter for AI generation, Stripe for billing, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting and analytics services for product performance. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.
4. Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers, when required by law, to protect Zippy or its users, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and security
We retain account and project information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate business, legal and security purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including secure server sessions and restricted database access, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can update profile and notification preferences in Settings. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Published projects can be republished with restricted access or removed from the service on request.
7. International use and children
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Zippy is intended for business users aged 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Agreement
Terms of Service
Last updated July 18, 2026
These terms govern your access to Zippy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
Zippy lets users create, refine, save and publish websites, client tools, internal applications and workflow concepts using conversational AI. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Zippy to violate law or third-party rights, create malicious software, bypass security, interfere with the service, misrepresent generated output, or process information you are not authorised to use.
4. Your content and projects
You retain ownership of content you submit and the projects you create, subject to third-party rights. You grant Zippy the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights and permissions.
5. AI output
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to output generated for others. You must review and test projects before relying on or publishing them. Zippy does not provide legal, accounting, tax, compliance or financial advice, even when a project relates to those fields.
6. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew according to the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, credit allowances and taxes are shown before purchase. Subscription management and cancellation are available through the Stripe billing portal.
7. Availability and warranties
We work to keep Zippy reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output or that generated projects will meet every requirement.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zippy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or generated output. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Zippy during the three months preceding that claim.
9. Suspension and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risks or non-payment. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
